What is the MyAddress.ie Service?
The MyAddress.ie service enables movers to notify the
companies that they have a relationship with of their new address.
How does it work?
The service is very straightforward for both the Mover and the company.
Step 1
Mover fills in a form online with their contact details and ticks which companies they want to change their address details.
Step 2
The Mover receives a pack in the post which they sign and return (for postal mandates only).
Step 3
Companies receive an email notification that a new change of address has been sent.
Step 4
The change of address details are then available via a secure Extranet service. Details include your customers name, old address, new address phone number and date of birth.
Step 5
You update your databases accordingly and tick a box within the MyAddress.ie
site to say that you have updated the account (in turn this is sent through to the customer).
