ESB Customer Supply

Change your address details with ESB Customer Supply

Currently MyAddress.ie is unable to facilitate your change of address with ESB Customer Supply. We recommend that you visit the ESB Customer Supply site at www.ESB.ie

Closing An Account - you will need to take a meter reading at your old address only

  1. Opening An Account - you will need to take a meter reading at your new address only

  2. Transferring An Account - you will need to take a meter reading at both your new and old address

Important Note

ESB will not send out a service engineer to read your meter. If you do not have a key to access your meter, or you need help locating or understanding your meter, call ESB on 1850 372 757.

New customers: sign up for Direct Debit or pay a deposit

New Customers to ESB Customer Supply are required to sign up for Direct Debit or pay Deposit of €300.

Direct Debit is the simplest, most convenient and efficient way to pay your electricity bill. The amount on each bill is collected from your bank account 14 days from the date of issue of each bill. Why not set up a Direct Debit online or lo call ESB Customer Supply at 1850 372 372. You will need to have your ESB Customer Supply Account number and your bank details available when you call.

If you do not choose Direct Debit, a €300 Deposit must be paid within 10 working days of moving into your new home.

Once you register your details with ESB Customer Supply, you will receive a Welcome letter. You can then pay your deposit at any Post Office or by Cash at any PayPoint outlet by presenting your ESB Customer Supply Welcome letter. Alternatively, you can send a cheque, made payable to: CPP, ESB Customer Supply, St. Margaret's Road, Finglas, Dublin 11 - Please ensure that you put your ESB Customer Supply Account Number on the back of the cheque.

Once your bills are paid in full and on time, your deposit will be credited to your ESB Account 14 months after payment.

New Connections

If there is NO ESB CONNECTION in your new address, or it has been disconnected, you must contact ESB directly on 1850 372 757 to schedule a connection.
